1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 755bat platform, including any of its sub-pages, services, games, or features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 755bat. Your continued use of the platform following any modification to these terms shall constitute acceptance of those modifications.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

3 Account Management

• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your 755bat wallet. Contact support promptly if you believe an error has occurred.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

755bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 and above only.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 755bat, its operators, affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues — whether on the part of 755bat or your internet service provider.

12 Account Closure and Termination
